Some 'mixed precipitation' might make for a hectic ride Tuesday morning. A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service from 3am to 1pm on Tuesday. Although under an inch of snow is expected in the immediate Albany area, the chance of a snow/ice mix is possible and could make traveling difficult in the morning hours.
The worst of it sounds like it will hit the northern Capital Region and southern Adirondacks. Up to 3" of snow is possible from Saratoga north.
Bottom line, leave a couple extra minutes to scrape the windows in the morning.
